Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a fully guided practice in savasana. You will be led through a series of systematic body, breath and visualization practices to a state that feels like  ‘dreaming awake’. The body and mind are in deep rest do to only needing to stay aware and listen. While in this profoundly peaceful state, not only can we experience ourselves in deep rest, we're able to connect our hearts desire and intention for our lives. Expect to leave feeling calm, rejuvenated and connected.
